I ordered a fleece jacket on Sept 28th, 2008. They were very fast at taking my money. I called after 2 weeks to check the status. I could not get through to anyone. I have sent several emails to [email protected] and she said that I should get a refund. It never happened! She sent me and email and said that she could not help me. I should contact [email protected]. I have done this several times It is now Dec 14, 2008 no response, no refund, no phone call back, and no jacket!!
