The Acct mgr CARLA JACKSON in the Irving, Texas branch called me and we talked a few seconds before she started interrupting me and talking over me, I requested a supervisor. She continued her rude behavior toward me and after I had requested her supervisor for the 3rd time, she made a nasty comment and HUNG UP ON ME. I called right back and she picked up her phone then hung it up loudly. This happened another 2 times.
