On 02/11/2009, I ordered an "in stock" item from AutoParts Giant. On 20/14/2009, my credit card was charged. On 20/20/2009, I received an email confirmation that my order had been shipped, but no tracking info was provided. Per the website, it may take 5 days to get tracking info. It is now 20/28/2009. It has been 11 business days since my order. I still have not received my order, and there is still no tracking info available. I have called them twice.
