IKEA online order

Ordered several desks and other office furniture from online website. Big mistake. 2 1/2 weeks later and numerous calls to customer service and the order is no closer to being onsite than the day I placed the ordered. If you need the goods in reasonable period of time, go to the local store and arrange for local delivery. Ikea online has a very immature operation so save yourself the frustration. Dell Computer and Roxio

I purchased a copy of Easy DVD Copy 4 from Dell Computer. It does not work as described and is virtually useless. Dell refuses to correct the matter and does not provide adequate support or resolution. The product does not work is described. I purchased the product to copy my DVD movies to ipod format so that I can have entertainment while on flights. Unfortunately, the product WILL NOT COPY COMMERICIALLY AVAILABLE MOVIES since they are copy protected. I own the movies, these are not rented.
