I ordered a watchwinder back in August 5, 2008 and I have been repeatedly asked to wait as they claim it is in backorder. I have asked for a refund ($1279.90) several weeks ago and now David Long is not responding at all! Steinhausen Overnight is the most disreputable company I have ever dealt with. Consumers should be warned of their enethical and poor manner of business and should not conduct business with them.
