We purchase what the salesman said was "top carpet" in the industry. What we got was crappy carpet that was completely warn within 5 months of the installation (actually it was after just 3 months but the holidays were too crazy to fight with a carpet company) After countless calls for well over 2 months now and having to have their "independent" carpet inspector come out to inspect the crappy looking carpet - have have demanded that they come out and remove the carpet and I want a refund!
