I ordered the free trial shipment of the AcaiPure supplement for $4.95 shipping and was charged that on my credit card. I was not impressed with results and did NOT place any order from this company other than the trial offer. But I was placed on an auto-ship status and sent a shipment, charged $44.95 to my card. When I called to complain and request refund and stop shipments, I was told I would have to pay $4.95 shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee, so my credit would only be $33.95.
