Dr Doug is a scammer. He's figured out all the loopholes and once your contract has gone thru Paypal, he's got you. After 5 months of trying the method, it did'nt work and I sent him an email to cancel the subscription. What I got in return was threats. If I were to cancel my Payal subscription, he would require that I pay him $24000.00. He said that it would be a huge mistake to cancel and sited a couple of news reports that he had won in court to prove it.
