I called the 800 number before contacting my bank just to see if I could get some answers and have them cancel the order and refund the charge. Although the gentleman was slightly aloof, he did actually tell me how it happened. I had ordered a 'Trial' back in October 2008 that I actually never received, and subsequently canceled because I never received the product.
