There was a misunderstanding about my order of 500 CDs. I had requested a barcode in an email message, and was told it would appear on the CD, but it didn't. It was no big deal, but when I pointed out the mistake the admin guy became very abusive. I responded in kind, but then he took it a step farther by posting edited versions of my emails in an attempt to slander me.
