I was wrongly charged three payments to DirecTV and after making a phone call to their inept customer service, I recieved one of two reimbursements. After more than two weeks of excuses, I was forced to file a charge dispute wtih my bank tot recover the second. ( I was overdrawn on my account do to the charges). Know that this has been resolved, I recieved notice that I owe them 248.0o and was told I had until 3/10 to make a late payment of 104.00 or I would be disconnected. On 2/23 I had a balance of -6.46.
