My mortgage was held my Midland Mortgage Company for a short time. I recently refinanced and Midland Mortgage Company was paid in full. This status was reflected on their website. At the end of the month, Midland Mortgage Company took an automatic payment out of my checking account on an account that had already been paid in full. When contacting them, I was told it was MY fault because I never canceled the automatic payment (on an account that was paid in full).
