Salesman talked us into a soft, expensive mattress (a queen sized PostureTemp Elite) - memory foam type mattress. It quickly became uncomfortable. The Customer Service woman over the phone (Shaquir) was less than friendly. Had to fight to get an inspector to the house. I know the mattress did not pass the 'dip test', but never heard a peep from anyone again. Will NEVER shop at Sleepy's again, as they made NO effort whatsoever to provide any sort of customer service. read full review »
