This company is a complete scam. I also tried to cancel my membership and automatic shipments. Their live chats are bogus. Instead they email you a list of question and answers. The answers to the questions tell you to call a bogus phone number that either hangs up on you or you end up listening to music forever. No one ever answers the phone call. No one ever responds.
