I am writing in response to the fact that I have been paying Direct Tv for five years and am still having problems. I have never been late with a payment or missed one. I am terminating my service next month. I have been over charged and not able to order pay per view movies even though I have paid for the month. They put my on hold for an hour at a time and many times they disconect you. Buyer beware. I spoke with two managers tonight, Rachel from a North Florida call center, badge # LKC1424 and Maryann badge # LKC1711.
