Ordered Jr. Thickburger combo w/o lettuce & pickle Order was stone cold when I got home. The bun was saturated w/mustard, the onion was so strong even after taking off, couldn't eat the bun, tomato slices were pitiful, but the Angus Burger was good but cold. The order taker did not say thank you, etc. Neither did the pickup window person. Just took my $5.03 & shoved me a bag thru the window. No CS there & I was trying to save time @ 4PM as I had something else to do & was trying to save cooking time. As usual the sweet tea was good. read full review »
