I have ordered from this company for over a year and everything has been fine and above board. However, the last two orders seem to have gone awry! One order they debited my bank twice for the same amount. The second order the funds were sent from the bank and cashed and I have never received the product! I have emailed them on four occasions and got one reply saying that they would look into it and get back to me within 24 hours. I have not heard a word since despite my emails.
