West Bay apt [under J&L Management] is the worst rental apartments I have stayed at. I stayed for 5 months and at the end of it they ask me to pay a ridiculously high amount of 600 USD! I have ended up paying effectively 100 USD per month for my rent! When I received the tiny returns of my deposit, they don't even leave a number to call back.
