Direct tv has the worst service I have ever seen and they don't even care. I have had five service call appointments. On the first call the technician did nothing because he did not have a part. The next four appointments were all missed, no technician ever showed up. A four hour window for each appointment for a total of sixteen hours waiting and except for the last missed appointment they didn't even bother to call.
