they have and are still chaging me late fees on late fees and finance charges on late fees total right now as of 3-9-09 $246.63. I originally took this credit out from Hugh's floor covering in charlotte, NC for $8500.00 equal payments for 24 mos. I paid this off three mos early due to their change in my monthly payments. I made payments to them totaling $8569.00. I have sent 22 letters to them including the CEO and numerous phone calls only to get transfered and hung up on.
