I ordered a "new Beetle Keyless Remote on Dec 3 2008. Didn't receive it until mid January after numerous inquiries. It does not work despite following all directions etc. Now I get no response to my numerous e-mails asking for a replacement or refund. I am very dissatisfied with this company and feel I have been ripped off. read full review »
