Suttell & Associates have violated the FDCPA on many counts in trying to sue me. One is that they are saying they are Capital One Bank when they are a debt collecting law firm. The debt they are trying to collect was charged off 2005, and they filed in 2007 as Capital One vs..., it is my understanding that legally they can not be both creditor and assigned the debt.
