My complaint is similar to previous complaints. Order product. Get call from closeout genius. Offer to sell add-on to product at ridiculously inflated priced. Decline the add-on product. Later, call company to confirm original order. Get put through numerous calls, put on hold, respond to information, get put on hold again a few more times, finally my order is confirmed after taking the contact person to task. Check the website a few days later and my product is on back-order. So . . . I have now canceled the order, after reviewing similar complaints. Extremely unprofessional treatment and demeanor on the phone. Very shabby. read full review »
