After receiving a supposed "trial" jar from an 800 telephone #, I expected a form to be filled out as to whether I liked the product, etc. Instead, the UPS packages of the jars kept arriving at my house, and I was automatically billed over $68 for these unopened (by me) unused jars of facecream. I don't know how to "turn them off" from arriving and being billed. I am a senior citizen with Very limited resourses and beauty products of any kind are not at the top of my priority list! read full review »
