Me and my husband decide to buy our first home, both assuming this is going to be a fun and exciting experience. I call Chase and start working with a loan agent named Jay. We qualified for an FHA loan. 1 week later he is not returning my calls anymore. I called the main line and told he has left and someone else will take over. So another loan agent (Tom)calls and said he is a Supervisor and will be handling all of his clients. Ok great, I would rather work with a Supervisor!
