I sympathize with you as a consumer and on my part I am having problems too collecting my refund to the apartment complex I vacated a month ago. The name of the Apartment is CITRONIA LANDMARK with address at 18550 Citronia Street Northridge CA 91324. I vacated the property November 10, 2008 and up until now I cannot get the refund on my initial deposit of $1450 from the company.
