Recently had these guys out to my house to fix a problem w/ my dryer. They misdiagnosed the problem and will not refund the outrageous $75 service fee. In a mere three minutes at my house, the guy diagnosed a broken blower and said it'll be $400 to fix. Alternatively, I could take my receipt for my $75 service fee to Sears to just buy a new one. After pricing new washers and dryers, I had a second company come look at the dryer.
