I called for the free cd rom and looked uop ez grant on the computer and saw several complaints on Rip Off Report and other complaint sites. I called to cancel before the trail period was up and it was nver cancel. I call back to complain after locating the charge on my credit card statement. I have called back several times and told the third party call center is located in the Phillipins.
