By far the worst online shopping experience ever! 12/16/08 - I ordered an "award winning in bloom orchid" to be overnighted to my Mom for her b-day the next day. Paid $19.99 for the over night shipping. 12/18 - 2 days later and still have not received the orchid, checked the tracking, somehow it showed the orchid was in San Diego and they spelled my Mom's name wrong.
