I placed an order for acai burn late on a Friday night. My husband then alerted me early the next morning about all kinds of complaints about this company. Early Saturday morning, I called to cancel, only to be told that their "systems were down." I was told to call back in a few hours, that they could not even take my information to cancel the order when their system was back in operation.
