Ordered Smokless cigarettes with "postage only" due. Ordered on 11/19/09, received product on 12/07/09 with only a small piece of paper containing assembly instructions. On 12/12/09 received another package containing the product and a small piece of paper stating there would be a charge to my account 12 days after ordering of $99.10. Checked my credit card statement and I had been charged $99.10 on 12/02/09, 5 days before I received the first product. Can't locate an email address. read full review »
