Have been loyal custome for 10+ years, when renewed contract got a Samsung slider phone, have had nothing but problems, they won't do anything about it. The cover over the battery will not stay on. Associate at store taped it on. Cust. service said they could do nothing about it, gave me an 800# to call, no longer in service, call Cust. Svc. back, gave me another number, called that one and got some recorded message and was then disconnected.
