ordered a free trial with a $8.99 postage cost, didn't receive anything but had additional unauthorised charges added to my credit card. Finally got the phone number from my credit card statement (if phoning from the uk its 00-1-800-919-2846). After about 5 mins on hold (at 9.00pm uk time) I finally got through and managed to cancel my account, my last charge was refunded and I was given the address to write to so I could claim back the additional unauthorised charges .. wish me luck ! read full review »
