I Ordered House season 1-4 and Dexter season1-3 boxsets from the website using a debit card and received a confirmation email notifying me that product would be shipped within 3 business days...that was february 14 2009. Here it is March 2 and after calling the 800 number assigned and giving order number I have not been given a reason for delay of shipment. Money has been transferred from my bank account and I have sent emails to the company in regards to my order but to no avail. Is there anyone with any kind of advice or should I consume the 149.71 that I spent on the boxsets? Please feel free to reply! read full review »
