I placed an order with Majestic Mountain Sage for 5lbs of unrefined shea butter. What they shipped to me was rock hard, snow white in color and rancid. If you've ever encountered an oil that was rancid, you know the odor I'm talking about. It was disgusting. I wrote to them about the issue and requested a refund after the product was returned to them. I received a response from Tina Howard. Apparently she is their Customer Disservice person.
