I also ordered the product online. It was a free trial for 30 days only paid shipping. When I received the product there was only a small paper enclosed with a number for customer service. Three days after I received the product my account was charged the $87. I hadn't even opened the bottle yet. This made me mad so I decided not to even try it and called the customer service number.
