I have filled out the application to renew my 360 Norton security for my PC. I still have not received the download. What is worrying me now is that the credit card company asked me if I have ordered this service, apparently Norton or Symantec Store has charged to me card. I can't get into my email because I continually receive threats of disasterous PC failure if I don't act quickly.
