As advertised on TV, I call and ordered a free lesson and only to pay for shipping and handling. I was shipped three lessons with the small print stating that I have ten days to return lesson 2 and 3 to be returned with ten days or be charged for a full lesson. I received the lessons which did not work properly as the installation instructed. After receiving my credit card bill I called Video Professor and asked for and explanation which I was told because I did not return lesson 2 and 3 within 10 days that I am liable for $ 189.95.
