The wrong rug was delivered. Customer service person - name Gabby. No matter what she stated that it was my fault. First she said I should have hand delivered the rug back. Next she said I should have kept it and given them 30 days to get the problem fixed. She said a restocking fee would be charged to me because I refused delivery and sent it back.
