Have been attempting to replace a flat screen LCD TV that has no picture for 3 months.. have both the manufacturers and Best Buy's warranty... the lack of response and complexity of the service system much be designed to screw the customer.. still no TV... NEVER BUY FROM BEST BUY. read full review »
