I purchased a motorola W490 from the T-Mobile site which offered a $50.00 mail in rebate. within a week of recieving the phone and all paperwork I sent in the complete rebate form. In 6 weeks I was told that I purchased the phone in "invalad date". NOT POSSIBLE A year and a half ago I was out of the country and a simmilar thing happened to my wife, she quit trying to recieve the rebate - Now T-Mobile promised us $50.00 2 times and hasn't delivered.
