I have had lengthy emails back and forth with this company and unapproved charges as everyone else has it seems. I will let everyone know that you need to stick with the complaining to them and it will get you somewhere. I know they seem like they are scamming you (which they are), but you can in return stick it to them. Make sure that you are noting everything thing with them. Make sure you keep a paper trail (which everyone should be with just about any transaction that you make), but especially with shady companies that are doing nothing... read full review »
