I agreed to a mobile phone on a contract bases. I had the phone for only 2 weeks and i had to send it back to get repaired due to electronic problems. I began texting and the phone switched off by itself!!!. It took several weeks for the phone to arrive back to me and upteen phone calls later where i had achieved nothing, not to mention the long waiting times waiting for someone to answer my calls.
