During the summer of 2008 I subscribed to Netzero DSL internet service. The service functioned perfectly until August of 2008, when my connection was disconnected. After many phonecalls, Netzero informed me that my signal was somehow cut off for unknown reasons, and in order to have it restored, I'd have to pay a $100.00 cancellation fee and have the service terminated, then reconnected.
