Wow!!! What was I thinking when I decided to try something like this? I ordered the free trial just like most here in these postings. I received mine, opened the bottle, closed it and put it away. Yep, still haven't even tried it...and not sure I want to even bother given the treatment I've received from their customer service department. I too tried to call several times and due to technical difficulties, I was told to call back. And now, I'm past the 14 day trial by two days and it's not even my fault.
