I ordered this product, and my credit card was charged$ 4.99 but never received the natures best acai berry! I was given two different customer service phone numbers to which could not get any information or answers to why I had not received the product, or why my credit card had been charged for nothing at all!! they informed me that they had no record that I had ever ordered anything from them at all! then the lady hung up on me when I demanded for someone to figure out what was going on!
