I ordered a phone search on their website on 2/10/09. According to all the information on the website (including the fine print), the charge for the phone search would be $.99, this was due to a special promotion the were running. The ad advised that if the search was unsuccessful the transaction would be cancelled and no charges would apply. Well since the order, which I never received, I did receive a cancelled notification, I have had three different charges on my account. Two were for $0.99 and one for $19.95.
