Our October 1st mortgage payment was returned to our credit union citing that they were unable to locate the account. Now, they applied my September payment correctly and I had changed nothing on the payee set up as no changes were indicated on the monthly statement I received. So, I fumble through the website which has the same PO Box I sent the payment to on their 'Payment by Mail' information.
