In May of 2008 I ordered a Kichler chandelier that was $168.00. I received an email confirmation stating that they received my payment; I called back two weeks later because I never got information on when my chandelier would arrive. The representative kept telling me that she had my information and was going to check on my order. Well, I never got my chandelier.
