In brief, my 83 year old mother is currently out $990 after being tag-teamed by these charlatans. We are attempting to recover her money, but only after their obviously-prepared 'reps' have evaded all her attempts to rescind, even going so far as to tell her she 'had no right to cancel' on the phone. After talking with attorney, I advised her to save everything, including the US Priority Mail envelope in which they mailed her documents.
